Congress President Sonia Gandhi will be in Gulbarga today to launch the campaign for the Congress party for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Sonia reached Gulbarga on Saturday afternoon and inaugurated ESI hospital just hours before addressing a public rally here. About two lakh people from different districts like Bidar, Gulbarga, Koppal, Bellary, and others are expected to be at the rally. She had last week addressed a rally in Bihar.
