AAP leader Kumar Vishwas: Amethi had never been a problem area either for Congress or Gandhi scion Rahul Gandhi, till Wednesday, when black flags were waved at Member of Parliament from this parliamentary constituency by volunteers of Aam Aadmi Party, Bharatiya Kisaan Union and Jan Kalyan Samiti.

This was Congress vice-president's first visit to his parliamentary constituency after being named chief of party's poll campaign committee and it is also perhaps the first time he landed in his pocket borough after being challenged by Kumar Vishwas, the Aam Aadmi Party leader.
