Trouble mounted for Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti on Wednesday as one of the African women assaulted in a midnight raid in south Delhi accused him of having led the group that barged into her house and attacked them.

Delhi Commission for Women issued a summon to Bharti over his alleged harassment of Ugandan nationals. Even as Aam Aadmi Party government defended its Law Minister, women's associations wrote an open letter to the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind stringent action against Somnath Bharti.
