Ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) prime ministerial candidate will be addressing 'Vijay Sankalp' rally in Goa on Sunday.

The rally, which will be held at 5 pm today, is said to be Gujarat Chief Minister's biggest rally in the state so far.
Modi is likely to address several key issues including mining ban.

Lakhs of people are expected to attend the public rally which will be held at Merces near Ribandar bypass, Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar said.
