Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Panaji on Saturday extended the judicial custody of Tehelka founder editor Tarun Tejpal by another ten days in the alleged sexual assault case. Goa police had sought an extension of Tejpal's judicial custody by another 14 days. The 12-day period of Tejpal's custody ended on Saturday and he was produced before the JMFC judge Kshama Joshi. Tejpal was arrested on November 30, 2013 and is being presently kept in Sada Sub-Jail, Vasco.
