New Delhi: The decision to slash the electricity prices in Delhi by Aam Aadmi Party government has led to a similar call by the ruling Congress in Maharashtra.

Just a day after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced the decision to slash power tariff by half in the city, Congress MP Sanjay Nirupam asked Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan to implement a similar scheme in the state.
