Even as Kunal Ghosh, Trinamool MP and the CEO of Saradha Group's media arm, was remanded to seven days police custody by a local court in West Bengal Sunday in a fresh case filed by an investor, the Enforcement Directorate and Serious Fraud Investigating Office have decided to move Calcutta high court for access to Saradha CEO Sudipta Sen's diary.
