Supreme Court-appointed observers on Wednesday cleared Lalit Modi's name for contesting the Rajasthan Cricket Association election. This comes as a big blow to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) which had served a life ban on Modi for financial irregularities and FEMA violations.
