After Belanduru and Vathuru Lake in Bengaluru, a drain in Hyderabad's Dharani Nagar is spilling toxic foam. The thick layer of toxic foam nearly covers the drain and strong winds carry some of the foam to the nearby houses. Pre-monsoon showers could be the reason for the formation of toxic foam in the drain.
