BJP leader Vijay Jolly who defaced Tehelka's managing editor-in-chief Shoma Chaudhary's residence will be appearing before the Delhi Police on Friday. Delhi Police will record Jolly's statement who apologised for his act on Thursday evening.
A case under the IPC and the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act was registered at the police station on Thursday evening.
