New Delhi: Tehelka Founder-Editor Tarun Tejpal has withdrawn his anticipatory bail plea in the sexual assault case from the Delhi High Court. It appears that Tejpal is is now likely to file an anticipatory bail plea in a Goa court.

This comes even as Tejpal will not appear before the Goa Police on Thursday for questioning in the sexual assault case. Tejpal has written to the Goa Police seeking time till Saturday to appear before the police.
