On Wednesday morning, the Ram Navami festival turned fatal in Ayodhya after one died and two were left brutally injured in a stampede that broke out near Tulsi Udyan, Uttar Pradesh. As per eyewitnesses, one woman was crushed to death and other two were left injured.
