Raipur: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addresses a public meeting of Congress workers ahead of the phase I polls in Chhattisgarh 11 November.
The Indian Prime Minister is addressing approximately 4,000 Congress workers at the Balbir Juneja indoor stadium and hits out at the Chhattisgarh government.
