In another shocking incident of mass cheating during the UP Board examination, the class 10 English exam was postponed at two centres in Mathura on Tuesday.

According to reports, the concerned authorities are trying to determine how the students were able to cheat during the exam. Also, the instruction to blacklist these centres is being taken up by the authorities.

Calling the incident unacceptable, Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Prakash Javadekar said that this is a compromise on a person's merit and was the downfall of the education system.

"In such an atmosphere, country cannot make progress. We will take this matter to the concerned government," Javadekar added.

To keep a check on such incidents, the government has issued a helpline number to report cases of cheating in UP Board Exam. The complaints can be registered on a WhatsApp number 9454457241.
