New Delhi: In yet another sign that the political war of words in the run-up to the 2013 Assembly and later the 2014 Lok Sabha elections is going to be very sharp and dirty, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has decided to complain against Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi to the Election Commission alleging that he is spreading communal hatred across India. The BJP delegation will meet the Election Commission on Monday.
