The Election Commission announced on Wednesday the dates for the Assembly Elections 2017 in poll-bound states of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa.

According to sources,the date announced for Punjab polls is from February 4 2017. Results would be declared by Election Commission of India on March 11 2017.
