A month after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced demonetisation; Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday took a jibe at the PM by calling the decision to be foolish rather than a bold decision. The Congress scion then sounded off a curt warning saying, “There is this concept of Paytm- Pay to Modi – that’s the idea behind cashless economy, i.e- a very few people should get maximum benefit for cash transactions, that is what is going on and it has damaged the nation.”
