Patna-Indore Express derails near Kanpur; 63 dead

At least 63 people were killed and several others injured after 14 coaches of Patna-Indore Express derailed near Pukharayan in Kanpur on Sunday morning.
As per the Indian Railways officials, 14 coaches which derailed are Seating cum Luggage Rake,GS,GS,A1,B1/2/3,BE,S1/2/3/4/5/6R. Rescue and relief operations are currently underway after the accident. All hospitals in neighbouring districts have also been activated to aid the relief work.
