AAP MLA Gulab Singh who is accused in an extortion case has handed himself to Surat Police. Delhi Police issued a non- bailable warrant against him and thus he handed him over to Surat police while he was in Gujarat for an AAP rally headed by Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi’s Chief Minister.
