The Jammu and Kashmir government has stopped BJP leader Arun Jaitley and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti from going to violence-hit Kishtwar on Sunday.
While, Rajya Sabha MP of BJP from Punjab and incharge of Jammu and Kashmir, Avinash Raj Khanna, was arrested in Lakhanpur area of Kathua.
Khanna was held when he tried to cross Jammu and Kashmir border from Punjab.

Arun Jaitley, who had planned to lead a party team to trouble-torn Kishtwar in the Jammu region of Jammu and Kashmir, found his plans foiled as authorities did not allow him to proceed after he landed at Jammu airport on Sunday morning. He has been requested to return, an official said.
