India News special survey on Odd-Even Formula. Earlier, The odd-even scheme which was declared as a success by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal mat soon return by February 14. The formula will be implemented again only if Delhiites vote in favour of the scheme. The formula was implemented on trial basis from January 1 to January 15 in the national capital, after which it was popularly declared as a a success mantra. The scheme was implemented to curb the pollution levels and traffic congestion in the city.
