NewsX: The second day of Parliament's Monsoon Session on Tuesday is also likely to be disrupted by MPs opposed to the creation of a separate Telangana state, after a ruckus over the issue washed away the first day yesterday.

Uproarious scenes were witnessed in both Houses yesterday over the decision to form Telangana even as the government said substantive and procedural issues related to the new state would be dealt with in a Cabinet note being prepared.
