The Congress Monday attacked the government for the uncertainty over the proposed foreign secretary-level talks saying India’s foreign policy had never been “so much at sea” and in “darkness”. It also asked the government to come out clean on its engagement with Pakistan rather than “attempting riddles and compounding the crisis”.
