News X: Amid reports that Congress leadership may take a decision in favour of separate Telangana about 16 YSR Congress MLAs and one Congress MLA have resigned from their posts in support of United Andhra.

The YSR Congress MLAs who have resigned include Balineni Srinivas Reddy , Srikanth Reddy, Shobha Nagi reddy, Prasanna Kumar Reddy, Gurunatha Reddy, Amarnath Reddy and Mekapati while from Congress Veera Shiva Reddy has quit.
