NewsX: In the 2002 hit and run case, charges will be framed against Salman Khan on July 24. The actor who has been charged with culpable homicide can get punishment of 10 years. Salman Khan, along with his sisters was at the Sessions Court today. He will have to appear again on July 24. The actor had challenged the decision of Bandra Magistrate Court. However the appeal was dismissed and the sessions court will now frame charges against him.

Salman had allegedly mowed down people sleeping on the pavement on Sept 28, 2002 due to negligent driving. 1 person was killed and 4 others were injured.
