NewsX: The politicians are already cringing and since they dont want to do it the judiciary has stepped in. In a verdict that could lead to cleaner politics, the top court has nullified the decades old People Representative Act. It has said that MLAs and MPs will be disqualified if they are convicted for over 2 years.
