The Congress on Sunday condemned Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi's remark that party president "Sonia Gandhi cries when a terrorist like Osama is killed" and demanded an apology from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in this regard.

Congress leader PC Chacko said the remark was an attempt to gain cheap popularity.
