Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal published an open letter to the residents of Delhi, absolving government of the responsibility of the looming garbage crisis in the wake of strike of municipal workers. “The letter published in leading dailies said government has paid enough to the municipal bodies and that the present strike was not for non-payment of salaries. “It is people’s misunderstanding that municipal corporation comes under Delhi government. This is utterly wrong.
