News X: The Supreme Court today dismissed a petition filed by Essar and Loop telecom challenging the jurisdictions of CBI court hearing the 2G scam. They pleaded that they and their executives of the companies have not been charged under Prevention of corruption act and accordingly they should be tried by a magistrate court.
