Even as a three-judge Supreme Court bench is hearing Yakub Memon's plea against his execution, reports suggest that he has filed a fresh petition with President Pranab Mukherjee against his death sentence. Reports that Memon the lone 1993 Mumbai blasts convict has appealed to the President for mercy, for the second time.
