BHOPAL: The BJP will take 25 years to deliver "achhe din" which was promised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi before

the 2014 elections. "Achhe din aane mein 25 saal lagenge (It will take 25 years to bring achhe din)," BJP president

Amit Shah said on Monday.

Shah said that in broader perspective, "achhe din" meant restoring the pride that India enjoyed globally before the

British raj. "Desh ko duniya ke sarvochch sthan par baithana hai to paanch saal ki sarkaar kuchh nahi kar sakti

(Five-year rule (by BJP) cannot make India the top world power)," Shah said.
