NewsX: Former BJP home minister of Rajasthan, Gulabchand Kataria; owner of Udaipur-based RK Marbles Vimal Patni and two policemen from Andhra Pradesh (AP) are the latest catch of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is investigating the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case. CBI has summoned them to remain present before the investigating agency on June 4. But Kataria says that he will resign from politics if proven guilty or arrested.
