NewsX: Another big blow for West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banarjee. A division bench of the Calcutta High Court has refused to stay the ruling by a single bench regards the holding of local body polls. The single judge had directed the State Govt to consult the State Election Commission on polling dates and also arrange for Central forces to ensure that the polls were free and fair.
