NewsX: A 19-year-old engineering student allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a train on the outskirts of Mumbai in Thane district. Police have recovered a suicide note from his pocket in which he has alleged ragging and harassment by two boys as reasons for him taking this extreme step.
