After being heckled by the protestors outside the Swami Dayanand Hospital yesterday Kiran walia, who is a minister in the Delhi govt, does not have any definitive plans as to how to tackle rising cases of crime. Speaking to NewsX Kiran Walia passed the buck on parents and schools to prevent such cases.
