J&K MoS home has allegedly slapped a top officer in Kishtwar district of Jammu & Kashmir. Riyaz Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer of Kishtawar Development Authority alleges that he was slapped twice by MoS home, Sajjad Ahmad Kitchloo this morning and when in resisted, Minister's men thrashed him. All this, Riyaz Ahmad alleges, happened in full public view where all the officers and security people were around at Tourist Reception Center Kishtwar. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was scheduled to visit the places and Minister was accessing the preparations for the same.
