Police in Aurangabad in Maharashtra have arrested two occupants of a car that crushed 4 people under its wheels. One child who was two and a half years of age was dragged underneath by the speeding car and died before the eyes of her hapless father. The car then rammed into a motorcycle and injured three in the process. Immediately after that the car smashed into a shop, where it came to a halt.
