No names were taken, but Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar clearly spelt his party's criteria for NDA's Prime Ministerial candidate making it clear that he vetoed Narendra Modi as NDA's PM candidate. He also said BJP must decide its presumptive Prime Minister by December. BJP hit back at Nitish's party saying allies should focus on defeating UPA.
