Probe into the Kunda DSP killing heats up as CBI is set to quiz Kunda MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya.The Kunda MLA has been booked for murder and conspiracy in the case and has been reportedly summoned to the CBI camp office in Pratapgarh. It has now emerged that senior police officer Zia-ul-Haque had prepared a list of cases against the Kunda MLA. Charges in the 47 cases listed against him include murder, conspiracy to murder and violations under the Gangster Act. Sources say that the CBI have demanded details of various wireless conversations between Raja Bhaiya and others named in the FIRs of both the police and the CBI.The CBI has also issued a telephone number and has appealed to witnesses to come forward and give information about the case. CBI has assured them about their safety.
