Even as the common man continues to battle rising prices, Finance Minister P Chidambaram's budget 2013 is likely to further fuel inflation. An unexpectedly high 16 percent rise in total budget expenditure to be funded by taxing the rich and large companies. Govt has shown a thumbs up to the budget.
