High alert has been sounded across Maharashtra in the wake of the blasts in Hyderabad this evening, state Home Minister R R Patil said. The Home Minister reviewed the security situation in the state this evening, official sources said. In July 2008, similar serial blasts had taken place killing 57 persons and injuring hundreds of others.
