VHP leader Praveen Togadia is in the dock for a hate speech he delivered seemingly in response to Akbaruddin Owaisi's diatribe. Online clippings of the inflammatory speech given on the 22nd of January at Nanded, Maharashtra show Togadi thundering about happenings in Assam and Bhagalpur in Bihar a response to Owaisi's hate speech challenge made in December. Reports say there's been no action by local police.. though the Congress has demanded immediate action against Togadia.
