Four weeks after a gunman killed 26 pupils and staff at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut in the US another school shooting has been reported from California...A 16-year-old student was shot at and wounded by a gunman at Taft Union High School. However a serious incident was averted as a teacher managed to talk the gunman down. The gunman had enough ammunition to kill many people. The gunman who was a student himself, had been suspended last year from the school. He has been taken into custody. Meanwhile the injured student was taken to hospital in an air ambulance and is in a critical condition.
