The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to the Election Commission on a Petition filed by a lawyer Brijesh Kalappa to show cause as to why action should not be taken to de-recognise the MNS and Shiv Sena for their hate speeches against the Biharis.A bench of Justice R M Lodha and Justice Anil Dave issued notice after the petitioner brought it to the notice of the court that these leaders have not stopped making hate speeches even after the Supreme Court directed them not to do so.
