Narendra Modi, who arrived here yesterday for the first time after becoming prime minister, will on Wednesday receive Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Modi, on his 64th birthday today, will welcome Xi, who is set to begin his three-day sojourn to India from Ahmedabad, the commercial capital of Gujarat state, this afternoon.In a first, Modi will receive the Chinese President after which the two sides are to ink some agreements related to the region.
