Incensed crowds of protestors return to Delhi's streets after forcing the govt to backtrack on its crackdown. According to latest report protesters have gathered outside Saket court where the accused will be presented today. Intense face-offs are taking place between crowds and cops - water cannon was again used on protestors near Rail Bhavan. The clashes began at dawn when angry citizens stiffly resisted the imposition of Sec 144. Scuffles broke out as they resisted police attempts to herd them into buses and clear the area - many protestors lay down in front of buses while others battled policemen...
