In another instance of horrendous rape, a three-year-old girl was raped at a playschool in Sagarpur in West Delhi. The husband of the play school owner was held on Thursday after it was found that he had raped the child after drugging her on Monday. The child had fallen ill two days ago and the medical reports revealed rape. Meanwhile, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child rights taking strong exception to the horrendous crime has directed the police to arrest the owner of the playschool also for negligence.
