The 23-year-old who was brutally raped by 6 men on board a moving bus, continues to battle for her life. A team of 8 doctors performed an abdominal surgery on the victim on Wednesday to see the extent of damage to her organs. So far, the main parameters that is blood, urine, respiratory and platelet count appear to be stable. There are no signs of a lung infection and the victim seems to be responding well to anti biotic. Doctors believe that her genital injuries are not a concern at the moment. But she seemed to be in good spirits before her surgery, she was coherent and spoke to her parents.
