There's a complaint of violation of the model code of conduct against the former Gujarat Home Minister Amit Shah. Shah allegedly violated the code by taking out a procession AFTER the poll campaign deadline ended on Saturday. Shah is contesting from the Naranpura constituency. Allegations are that he put up banners illegally and used drums and loudspeakers after the campaigning deadline ended. The Congress candidate from Naranpura also alleged that Shah had brought "muscle power" to threaten and pressurise voters.
