Former CBI directors speaking of government interference in the CBI's functioning has added to the embarrassment for the govt. A few days back former CBI director US Mishra had said he was under pressure while probing the DA case against Mayawati. Now in the backdrop of the SP's allegations former IB chief Ajit Doval has also come forward to hit out at the Congress, alleging it uses state machinery to serve its political ends.
